Listing of your vessel or equipment on our website is free.<\/p>\n

Only when we list your vessel or equipment and we introduce a Buyer or a Charterer, we require a reasonable commission from your asking price.<\/p>\n

To list your vessel or equipment, please send us by e-mail to info@vlmaritime.com<\/a> containing your company- and contact details, recent and good quality photographs of the vessel or equipment, together with a full description thereof as well as an asking price in a currency commonly used in international trade. Please take in consideration that your E-mail should not exceed 15 Mb. .zip and .rar and other potential harmful file extensions will be automatically rejected. We reserve the right to refuse any request for listing or remove a listing without notice at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n

We try to present a vessel or equipment on our website as soon as reasonably possible and reserve the right to edit, crop and re-size photos or documentation, to edit the accompanying text, all at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n

By requesting to list a vessel or equipment on our website you warrant without reservation that you have the right to act for and on behalf of the Owners and have the right to advertise and\/or have the right<\/p>\n

  1. to sell such vessel or equipment, that any liens, encumbrances or any debts whatsoever, will be settled prior to sale, and that full ownership of the vessel or equipment is transferred upon receipt of full payment or<\/li>\n
  2. to charter out such vessel or equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Listing a vessel or equipment on our website does not guarantee such may be sold or chartered out.<\/p>\n

    It is the Buyer\u2019s or Charterer\u2019s sole responsibility to satisfy himself as to the legal, structural, mechanical and cosmetic condition of the vessel or equipment and its suitability for the intended use.<\/p>\n
