We can be involved in all stages from advertising and actively marketing vessels or equipment, negotiate a sale- or purchase contract or a charter party on behalf of our clients, preparing documents and documentation, being a liaison for our clients towards a e.g. notary public, attending closing meetings and inspections and can even assist in the (provisional) registration of a vessel.\u00a0All with the aim to make the whole process to run as smoothly as possible and the goal to conclude a deal successfully.<\/p>\n

In a sale, our involvement does not necessarily end with the vessel \/ equipment successful being delivered to its new owners. In a charter, we stay involved until the off-hire survey is completed and the vessel is redelivered to its owners.<\/p>\n

Shipping is a truly international and complex market and with different language, time differences and applicable legislation. Vessels are expensive assets, so deciding to buy, sell or charter requires thorough knowledge of cost implications, risk, liability and an understanding of these mechanism. Trust, confidence and confidentiality is therefor paramount.<\/p>\n
